SAP MDM/MDG Consultant - Vistex Support & Implementation

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled SAP MDM/MDG Consultant with Vistex to join our SAP consulting team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Master Data Management (MDM) or Master Data Governance (MDG), along with hands-on experience in Vistex implementations and support. The consultant will be responsible for managing enterprise master data, designing scalable solutions, ensuring data quality, and supporting pricing and rebate management processes integrated with Vistex.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and support SAP MDM/MDG solutions for enterprise master data management.

- Implement and support Vistex solutions, including pricing, rebates, incentives, and related business processes.

- Manage Customer, Vendor, Material, and Pricing Master Data across SAP landscapes.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.

- Configure and support master data governance workflows, validations, and approval processes.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance through governance best practices.

- Perform data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities during implementation and support projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MDM/MDG and Vistex with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

- Work closely with business users during testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Functional Skills :

- 6+ years of overall SAP consulting experience.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Vistex implementation and support.

- Strong experience with SAP Master Data Management (MDM) and/or SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).

- Expertise in managing :

1. Customer Master Data

2. Vendor Master Data

3. Material Master Data

4. Pricing Master Data

- Experience in business requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design.

- Strong understanding of master data governance, data quality, and business processes.

- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

- Good knowledge of SAP SD, SAP MM, and pricing procedures.

- Experience in data migration, data cleansing, validation, and data quality management.

- Understanding of integration between SAP MDM/MDG, Vistex, and core SAP modules.

- Experience in preparing functional specifications and supporting interfaces, enhancements, and testing activities.
