ServiceNow Architect - ITSM/CMDB/CSM Modules

Job Title : ServiceNow Architect (Telecom Domain OSS/BSS, OMT Module).

Experience : 7+ Years.

Location : PAN India.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions specifically leveraging the OMT module to streamline order capture, decomposition, and fulfillment processes for telecom clients.

- Lead the technical design of complex integrations between ServiceNow and legacy OSS/BSS systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational consistency.

- Define and enforce platform governance, coding standards, and best practices to maintain system stability and performance across large-scale deployments.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to map telecommunications product catalogs and service models into the ServiceNow framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards like TM Forum.

- Mentor junior developers and technical consultants, providing guidance on platform capabilities, troubleshooting, and architectural decision-making.

- Evaluate emerging platform features and industry trends to recommend strategic upgrades that enhance operational agility and reduce time-to-market for new :

- 7+ years experience on ServiceNow.

- Prepare a Low-Level Design (LLD) for the ServiceNow platform implementation.

- Expert in ServiceNow with Certified Technical Architect certification and experience in telecom domain solution of ServiceNow platform.

- Good experience working in OMT module.

- Define scalable architecture across ITSM, CSM, and CMDB.

- Govern platform standards and best practices for SN app development.

- Lead enterprise integrations using Integration Hub and API patterns.

- Optimize performance, security, and data quality across CMDB and Discovery, and guide teams on upgrade-safe designs and cross-module governance.
