What you will do:Drive new business acquisition by onboarding brands agencies and advertisers
Build and nurture relationships with media agencies direct clients and marketing decision-makers
Generate revenue across Programmatic Display Video Native CTV Performance Marketing and Mobile
Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sustainable sales pipeline
Prepare compelling sales presentations proposals media plans and lead commercial negotiationsConsistently achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets
Partner with Account Management Ad Operations Publisher Development and Product teams for seamless campaign execution
Track campaign performance and client satisfaction to drive repeat business and account growthStay current on digital advertising trends AdTech innovations and competitive landscape
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
Requirements
MBA in Marketing referred or Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Mass Media or a related field
5-10 Years in Digital Advertising Sales Brand Advertising Media Sales AdTech Programmatic or Performance Marketing
Strong profile in digital & brand awareness campaigns with proven ability to build brand visibility for clients
Established network across media agencies brands and advertisers
Working knowledge of Programmatic Advertising DSPs SSPs Ad Exchanges Google DV360 and Google Ad Manager
Strong communication presentation negotiation and relationship-management skills
Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Sharp analytical and business development instincts
Self-motivated target-driven and entrepreneurial in approach
Proficient in MS Excel PowerPoint CRM tools and Google Workspace
