Backend Developer - Python/GenAI

Strong Python Backend Engineer Profile with hands-on GenAI capabilities

Mandatory Requirements :

- Experience 1 : Must have 3+ years of experience in application development using Python (Django) with at least 6 months of hands-on experience building GenAI applications in production.

- Tech skill 1 : Must have strong proficiency in Python with a backend framework (Django, Flask or FastAPI) and developing/consuming RESTful APIs.

- Tech skill 2 : Must have hands-on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, Llama or similar) into production and orchestrating LLM workflows (LangGraph, LangChain).

- Tech skill 3 : Must have experience building RAG pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone or PGVector.

- Tech skill 4 : Must have experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient, scalable queries.

- Tech skill 5 : Must have a good understanding of software design principles, code modularity and version control (Git).

- Education : Must have a full-time B.E./B.Tech degree, with a minimum of 60% throughout (10th, 12th and B.E./B.Tech). Only B.E./B.Tech is considered; however, the 60% benchmark can be relaxed for candidates with strong technical skills (Kindly mention in resume).

- Communication : Must have good communication skills in both English and Hindi.

- Company : IT services/IT consulting.

- Stability : Must have a stable career history, with a consistent tenure across previous companies; frequent job-hopping will not be considered.
