SAP COUPA Functional LEAD

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Coupa implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

- Perform hands-on configuration and administration of the Coupa platform based on business requirements and best practices.

- Configure and support Coupa Procurement, Supplier Management, Catalogs, Approvals, Invoicing, and related modules.

- Design and support integrations between Coupa and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

- Possess a strong understanding of SAP financial data structures, tables, and master data relevant to Coupa integrations.

- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

- Support analytics and reporting across Coupa and SAP platforms.

- Coordinate with offshore/nearshore implementation and support teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Drive functional workshops, solution documentation, UAT, training, and production support.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend industry best practices.

- Provide functional leadership, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to implementation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of hands-on functional experience in Coupa implementation.

- Strong experience in:

1. Coupa Configuration

2. Coupa Administration

3. Coupa Procurement (P2P)

4. Coupa Supplier Management

5. Coupa Marketplace

- Experience integrating Coupa with SAP S/4HANA.

- Strong understanding of SAP Finance integration points and underlying SAP financial tables/data elements.

- Experience across the complete project lifecycle, including:

1. Requirements Gathering

2. Solution Design

3. Configuration

4. Testing

5. Go-Live

6. Hypercare/Production Support

- Knowledge of analytics and reporting using SAP and Coupa platforms.

- Strong exposure to procurement business processes and finance integration.

- Experience working with global delivery teams, including offshore/nearshore models.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively in a matrix organization.

- Self-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
