Job Summary

We are looking for a senior operations leader to head a large mineral processing facility. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence production efficiency plant reliability maintenance strategies safety and continuous improvement initiatives while leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations of the grinding and mineral processing unit.
  
• Drive production planning and operational efficiency.
  
• Optimize equipment performance and plant productivity.
  
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  
• Monitor plant performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with process maintenance quality and project teams.

• Control operational costs and improve resource utilization.
  
• Lead plant expansion and modernization initiatives whenever required.
  
• Mentor and develop engineering and operations teams.
