Nice CxOne Developer - IVR Apps

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled NICE CXone Engineer with 4-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting contact center solutions on the NICE CXone platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Studio development, routing design, IVR solutions, analytics, reporting, and multi-channel customer engagement solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in implementation, troubleshooting, and production support of enterprise contact center environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain customer interaction workflows using NICE CXone Studio.

- Develop Voice, IVR, and Multi-Channel contact center solutions on the NICE CXone platform.

- Configure and administer NICE CXone platform components, including ACD and administration tools.

- Design, develop, and troubleshoot routing solutions using NICE CXone and NICE CXone Studio.

- Create and maintain operational and business reports while analyzing reporting requirements.

- Architect customer routing strategies and implement scalable routing solutions.

- Work with NICE CXone Framework, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components.

- Utilize NICE CXone Analytics and Interactions modules to support business and operational objectives.

- Diagnose and resolve routing and platform-related issues in production environments.

- Participate in on-call support activities and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective CX solutions.

- Maintain documentation and follow platform development and support best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 8 years of experience in NICE CXone development and support.

- Hands-on expertise with NICE CXone Studio for Voice, IVR, and Multi-Channel development.

- Strong experience with NICE CXone Administration and ACD configuration.

- Experience developing and debugging routing solutions within NICE CXone.

- Working knowledge of NICE CXone Framework, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components.

- Experience with NICE CXone Analytics and Interactions.

- Ability to design and architect customer routing solutions.

- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
