Regional Operations Manager

Job DescriptionJob Title: Regional Operations Manager Experience: 8 to 11 years Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Region Drive Regional team to achieve assigned regional targets Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Region Build strong relationship with partners Review and ensure Policy Compliance Manage cost Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partners Reviewing and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly Performance Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets Attending conferences, events, and meetings as per the schedule Resolve operational and other technical issues in the Region Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis Lead the planning and delivery of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations across the Region Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements. Exposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front. Exposure in crowd management. Understanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage.
