Using advanced AutoCAD and Revit-based BIM workflows, the team delivers high-quality, well-coordinated drawings and clash-free models for seamless project execution. Position: MEP BIM Modeler Location: Borivali, Mumbai Role Description: - The MEP BIM Modeler will create, develop, and maintain detailed BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using Revit and related tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency with project standards. - Responsibilities include preparing coordinated construction drawings, updating models based on design changes, and performing clash detection to resolve interdisciplinary conflicts. - The role involves close collaboration with MEP engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate design inputs, support design reviews, and produce clean, well-documented deliverables. - The MEP BIM Modeler will also assist in maintaining BIM libraries, following company workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of modeling standards and processes. Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and modeling workflows using tools such as Revit. - Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their coordination within building services. - Candidates should possess experience in preparing and interpreting construction drawings and related technical documentation. - Candidates should possess familiarity with architectural concepts and interdisciplinary integration between architecture and MEP models. - Relevant diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, or architecture, or a related field. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with clash detection and BIM coordination tools is an advantage. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams. - Prior experience as a BIM Modeler in building services or consultancy environments is preferred.
