Requirement:

• 12–20+ years in telecom product development.
• Minimum 5 years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Experience delivering commercial-grade 4G/5G products.
• Proven experience with end-to-end protocol stack development and system architecture.
• 12 - 20+ years PHY/RF or L2 or L3 software development experience in 5G
• Proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB, real‑time embedded systems, FPGA/ASIC/GPU/ based programming
• Additional years of driving delivery of 4G/5G stack development programs
