At Papagoya Kindergarten, we offer a play-based learning environment for children aged 1 to 6 years, inspired by the Norwegian Curriculum. Our approach integrates seven core learning areas—Communication, Art, Nature, Ethics, and more—ensuring a holistic and dynamic educational experience. With a low Adult to Child Ratio, we cater to individual needs and foster each child’s natural abilities through tailored play and exploration. We believe that play is fundamental to learning, allowing children to discover their interests, test theories, and develop essential life skills. Our philosophy is rooted in the idea that childhood is a critical phase for shaping attitudes and values. By prioritizing care, comfort, and a supportive environment, we enable children to feel secure and open to new experiences. Our aim is to create a space where learning through play not only supports academic readiness but also nurtures a child's overall development. Foster positive relationships with parents, fellow teachers, and management. Work full-time with a 9-hour working day, including provided snacks and lunch. Key Skills We Seek: Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Education / Psychology/ Human Development Passionate about early childhood education and enjoyment of working with young children. Excellent English proficiency with enthusiastic and positive communication skills. Playful, creative, responsible, resourceful, and adaptable. A strong passion for and understanding of early childhood learning. Ability and willingness to adapt and learn. Desire to be part of a dynamic and innovative kindergarten.
