Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Angular Lead with strong expertise in Angular and working knowledge of Java to lead the development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Angular 14+, TypeScript, state management, REST APIs, and frontend architecture, while also contributing to backend integrations using Java. This is a technical leadership role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular 14+.

- Develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions following best coding practices.

- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and Java-based services.

- Build reusable UI components and optimize application performance.

- Implement state management using NgRx and reactive programming with RxJS.

- Develop dynamic and validated forms using Reactive Forms.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure seamless application delivery.

- Manage source code using Git and contribute to CI/CD deployment pipelines.

- Write unit tests and ensure high code quality through automated testing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in frontend development with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.

- Strong expertise in Angular 14+ (approximately 70% of the role).

- Proficiency in :

1. TypeScript

2. RxJS

3. NgRx

4. Reactive Forms

5. HTML5

6. CSS3 / SCSS

7. JavaScript (ES6+)

- Working knowledge of Java (approximately 30% of the role) for backend integration and API development.

- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.

- Experience with responsive UI development and cross-browser compatibility.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
