Job Summary

The Principal is responsible for providing strategic leadership, academic excellence, and operational management for the school. Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

• Lead the implementation of the Gujarat Board (English Medium) curriculum.

• Ensure effective lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment practices.
  

• Promote innovative teaching methodologies and technology integration.

School Administration

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school.
  

• Ensure compliance with Gujarat Board, education department, and statutory regulations.
  

• Develop and implement school policies and standard operating procedures.
  

• Prepare academic calendars, timetables, and annual school plans.
  

• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, inclusive, and student-friendly environment.
  

Faculty Management

• Recruit, mentor, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to Gujarat Board guidelines and government regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in any discipline (B.Ed. mandatory; M.Ed. preferred).
  

• Minimum 8–12 years of teaching experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role such as Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or Principal.
  

• Strong knowledge of Gujarat Board (English Medium) curriculum and education policies.
  

• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi is preferred.
