Assistant Manager/Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management

Experience & Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and associated legal processes.

- Minimum 6+ years experience in CLM implementation or configuration projects (preferably with Agiloft, Ironclad, or Leah).

- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.

- Awareness of GenAI and agentic solutions.

- Relevant CLM certifications are highly desirable.

Technical Skills :

- Proven experience configuring CLM platforms, including:

1. Contract templates

2. Workflows

3. Notifications and alerts

4. Reporting and dashboards

5. User roles, permissions, and groups

- Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation, including:

1. Configuration design documents

2. Test scripts and cases

Client & Delivery Skills :

- Experience supporting and contributing to client design workshops.

- Ability to deliver client demos showcasing CLM functionality.

- Experience delivering or assisting with end-user training sessions.

- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
