- Identifying and solving issues across multiple components of critical business system
Ensuring that the services are running smoothly by proactive monitoring and maintaining the system
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve their issues related to application services and operations
- Strong experience in developing and implementing high performance scalable JEE applications
- Strong SQL experience of writing complex queries

- Troubleshoots production problems related to application
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Maintains compliance with standard operating procedures to ensure data security
- Undertake responsible tasks without supervision, including monitoring and maintaining the system
- Monitor progress and provide updates to the Technical Lead / Project Manager promptly and accurately
- Able to work independently as well as a team in providing out-of-the box solution if required
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

- Ability to communicate effectively – both verbal and written communications
