About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for a SaaS-based product company, to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise SaaS products serving the FMCG, Retail, and Distribution ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Route-to-Market (RTM), Go-to-Market (GTM) solutions, field force automation, distributor management, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from product strategy, roadmap, requirements gathering, development, launch, and continuous enhancement.

- Define and execute product vision aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

- Build SaaS products for enterprise customers across FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, and Distribution industries.

- Drive product initiatives around : Route-to-Market (RTM), Go-to-Market (GTM), Field Force Automation & Tracking, Distributor Management, Distributor Claims Management, Sales Force Effectiveness etc.

- Work closely with customers to understand pain points and translate them into product requirements.

- Define product roadmaps using customer insights, analytics, and market trends.

- Collaborate with UX, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams for successful product delivery.

- Prioritize product backlog based on customer value and business impact.

- Define product KPIs and continuously improve adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to support GTM strategy, product positioning, and customer enablement.

- Lead product demos, customer workshops, and executive stakeholder discussions.
