Job Summary :

Senior Healthcare technology leader responsible for executing the enterprise vision for product and technology implementation and adoption. This role collaborates with other Engineering teams, Omega operations and the client to drive operational transformation to ensure that every standard or custom implementation delivers measurable business value through standardization, cost reduction, and business outcome.

While managing the implementation engineering team and the client interaction, the AVP leads cross-functional Omega teams to adapt standard product or design and deploy custom AI- and cloud-enabled solutions. This leader will engage with the client and the Omega Product Marketing team to remove all roadblocks to ensure timely implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Implementation Strategy :

- Define and execute the technology transformation strategy aligned to the organizations innovation and business goals.

- Establish engineering best practices, quality standards, and innovation governance to drive performance and compliance.

- Champion responsible and ethical use of AI and automation technologies within healthcare and enterprise product contexts.

Product Implementation & Value Realization :

- Translate technology roadmaps into executable implementation strategies with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.

- Partner and collaborate with business and client stakeholders designing and executing the most effective implementation and adoption strategies.

- Oversee enterprise product rollouts and ensure adoption KPIs, ROI targets, and benefit realization metrics are achieved.

- Continuously optimize cost structures and apply automation to improve operational efficiency and technology ROI.

- Solution with Operations on custom requests while driving standardization.

- Drive the use of data and analytics to measure adoption, business impact, and continuous improvement across product portfolios.

Stakeholder Engagement & Transformation Leadership :

- Influence and align Operational Leadership, Product Management, Client Partners, and the Engineering leadership toward a shared implementation vision.

- Combine domain knowledge with engineering practices to deliver reliable, tangible outcomes to both business and clients.

- Lead organizational change management programs to accelerate user adoption and cultural shift toward digital maturity.

- Communicate technology outcomes and business value effectively to operations and client stakeholders.

Talent & Organization Development :

- Build and lead a world-class engineering and implementation organization with strong domain expertise, AI, automation, and cloud architectures.

- Develop next-generation leaders through mentoring, structured development programs, and cross-functional exposure.

- Foster a high-performance culture rooted in innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Industry & Ecosystem Engagement :

- Build strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, AI innovators, and enterprise technology providers if needed for an implementation.

Required Education & Certifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.

- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Agile/Scrum, or program management (PMP, SAFe, etc.) preferred.

Experience Requirements :

- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, product implementation, or technology delivery.

- Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale implementation or transformation programs with measurable outcomes.

- Deep understanding and experience of the healthcare domain.

- Demonstrated P&L or large-program ownership experience with strong focus on benefit realization and operational ROI.

- Experience managing clients.

Technical & Delivery Expertise :

- Proficiency in software engineering, agile methods, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, microservices, API-driven architectures).

- Experience with modern cloud ecosystems, automation frameworks, and AI/ML integration in enterprise products.

- Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles, success metrics, and benefit tracking methodologies.
