Supervisor - Waste Material Management

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor in waste material management to join our Operation Excellence department. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in this field and will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of waste materials within our organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Supervise the collection, sorting, and disposal of waste materials
  • Implement and maintain waste management procedures and policies
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
  • Train and supervise waste management staff
  • Monitor waste management metrics and report on performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in waste material management
  • Strong knowledge of waste management regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
