Role Overview:

We're looking for a Sales & Vendor Trainer to onboard, train, and upskill Sales and Vendor teams. You'll deliver product and sales training, drive field readiness, and ensure teams are equipped to succeed in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct induction and onboarding programs for Sales and Vendor teams.
  
• Deliver product, platform, and sales training.
  
• Coach teams on sales pitches, objection handling, negotiation, and customer engagement.
  
• Conduct territory familiarisation and field readiness sessions.
  
• Evaluate performance through assessments, role plays, and mock sales calls.
  
• Develop training materials, SOPs, presentations, and user guides.
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to keep training content up to date.
  
• Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Training, Vendor Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Enablement.
  
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  
• Experience in product training, sales coaching, and onboarding.
  
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
