Senior Python Developer Lead - 8+ Years - Pune

We are hiring an experienced Senior Python Developer Lead with strong expertise in Python, backend development, microservices, cloud technologies, and Generative AI.

We are looking for a technology leader who can build scalable enterprise applications, drive automation initiatives, and contribute to next-generation AI solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Python applications.

- Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.

- Develop automation frameworks and data processing pipelines.

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of production-critical systems.

- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver robust technology solutions.

- Contribute to AI/GenAI-enabled applications, intelligent automation, and LLM-powered solutions.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development with enterprise application development expertise.

- Strong experience in designing and developing REST APIs, Microservices, and scalable backend applications.

- Hands-on experience with ETL processes, automation frameworks, and data processing pipelines.

- Strong cloud expertise on AWS or Azure.

- Experience integrating Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered applications into enterprise solutions.

- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

- Good knowledge of LangChain, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of System Design, Software Architecture, and production-scale application development.

- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
