Position: Production Manager – APET Line (Dairy) – Sidel APET Line
Location: Bhopal
Department: Manufacturing / Production
Reporting To:Plant Head

Job Purpose
To manage production operations of the **Sidel APET dairy packaging line** ensuring efficient manufacturing optimum machine utilization product quality food safety and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production activities of the Sidel APET bottling line.
• Ensure uninterrupted production with optimum line efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor OEE downtime yield and machine performance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with Engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP HACCP FSSC 22000 and food safety regulations.
• Monitor packaging quality and minimize material losses.
• Lead production planning and manpower deployment.
• Ensure adherence to quality parameters throughout the production process.
• Maintain production reports batch records and shift documentation.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing TPM Kaizen and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a zero-accident workplace.
• Coordinate with Quality Warehouse Maintenance and Supply Chain teams.

Required Experience

• 8–15 years of experience in dairy beverage or food manufacturing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing **Sidel APET production lines**.
• Experience in dairy beverages UHT milk flavored milk or juice manufacturing will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

• in Dairy Technology Food Technology Mechanical Engineering Production Engineering or related discipline.
