Transcurators is seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our Human Resources team in Delhi. This full-time on-site position presents an exciting opportunity to shape our HR strategy and support organizational growth within the Information Services industry.

As a Human Resource Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource policies and programs that align with our business objectives. You will play a key role in talent acquisition employee engagement and performance management ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee onboarding and training programs
• Facilitate performance appraisal processes and employee development
• Address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills
• Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and employee satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in HR management
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in performance management systems
