Machine Learning Lead - Artificial Intelligence

Job Description :

This is for a Contract Role.

Location : Bangalore - Hybrid.

Notice Period : Only Immediate Joiners.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience building ML models from inception to deployment.

- Expertise in deploying solutions analyzing system behavior and patterns.

- Experience translating data patterns into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Experience in building batch jobs for heavy data processing, or model training.

- Experience on deployment through Azure ML studio.

- Experience on related services such as functions app, Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps, Keyvault etc.

- Evaluate and select appropriate ML algorithms, frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake).

- Guide teams in model operationalization (MLOps), versioning, and retraining pipelines.

- Ensure AI/ML solutions align with business goals, performance, and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data strategy, governance, and AI adoption roadmap.

Experience, Skills and Education :

- Strong background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- 6-10+ years of strong hands-on experience in ML engineering and MLOps.

- Proficiency in Python, ML libraries, and cloud-native services.

- Experience with large-scale model deployment and performance tuning.

Education :

- UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization.
