OPT Recruiter

RSA Tech is actively looking for an experienced OPT recruiter to join our growing US staffing team.

Role: OPT Recruiter

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (6.30 PM – 3.30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit OPT EAD, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, and GC candidates for various IT opportunities.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of students and recent graduates.

Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify placement opportunities.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in OPT/CPT recruiting.

Strong understanding of US staffing and immigration statuses (OPT EAD, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, and GC).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
