Chat360 - UI Developer/Designer

About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer who is passionate about designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX principles along with front-end implementation skills to transform designs into responsive, high-quality interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.

- Develop responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.

- Ensure consistency by maintaining and evolving the company's design system.

- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Continuously improve product usability based on analytics and user feedback.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills :

UI/UX :

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

- Experience in creating user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Knowledge of usability testing and user-centered design methodologies.

- Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Front-End Development :

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with React.js (preferred).

- Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first development.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and front-end integration.

- Understanding of browser compatibility and performance optimization.

Design Tools :

- Figma (Mandatory)

- Adobe XD

- Sketch

- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (Preferred)

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX Design and Front-End Development.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and responsive web applications.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
