Role Overview

We are looking for high-potential and detail-oriented interns to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to financial reporting, accounting processes, and regulatory compliance.

The intern will work closely with experienced professionals and support various accounting and reporting activities while building a strong foundation in corporate finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review annual reports alongside financial statements to ensure that the signed version aligns with the finalized report documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and uploading them into the BizFinx preparation tool while ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Support the preparation and review of financial statements, including:
• Balance Sheet
• Statement of Profit & Loss
• Cash Flow Statement
• Notes to Financial Statements
• Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data used in reporting and documentation.
• Maintain structured documentation and working papers supporting financial submissions.

Accounting & Finance Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including recording journal entries and maintaining financial records.
• Support bank reconciliation and transaction verification.
• Assist in preparation of schedules and supporting documents for financial reporting.
• Support invoice validation and expense tracking processes.
• Assist in GST-related data compilation and documentation support.
• Contribute to month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
• Assist in preparation of internal reports and financial summaries for management review.
