Key Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn X-Ray Search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and professional communities.
  
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring.
  
• Conduct market mapping and talent research.
  
• Verify candidate availability and interest.
  
• Obtain Right to Represent (RTR) before submission.
  
• Maintain accurate sourcing records.
  
• Submit qualified candidates through the Sadient Partner Portal.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience sourcing candidates across one or more industries.
  
• Strong Boolean Search skills.
  
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
  
• Ability to identify high-quality candidates quickly.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Sourcing Partner Responsibilities

Submit only qualified, interested, and available candidates. Obtain a valid Right to Represent (RTR) before submission. Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, and interest. Requirements
Experience in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Executive hiring. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, and sourcing tools.
