Sr. Associate I

This role is responsible for leading multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams, and ensure compliance with medical industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership & Facilitation

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, promoting Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Project Coordination & Management

• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Support cross-functional coordination and manage dependencies across projects.
• Track and report team metrics, sprint progress, and overall project health.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress; escalate issues as needed.

Global Team Collaboration

• Coordinate across time zones to ensure effective communication among distributed teams.
• Facilitate alignment across multiple Agile teams working on interdependent projects.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to medical industry standards, including documentation practices, regulatory requirements, and data privacy protocols.
• Utilize Microsoft Project for planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple initiatives.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
• SAFe certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM).
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, managing multiple teams/projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones.
• Familiarity with medical industry documentation standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance).
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for project planning and resource management.
