✔ Placement Rewards

Earn up to USD $6,000 per successful placement, depending on the position, client engagement, and placement fee associated with each hiring requirement.

There are no earning limits—your income is directly tied to your successful placements.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Recruitment Partner, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and presenting exceptional talent for our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and social media.
  
• Build and maintain your own talent pipeline.
  
• Review job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
  
• Conduct recruiter screening and qualification calls.
  
• Evaluate candidate experience, technical skills, communication, and availability.
  
• Obtain a valid Right to Represent (RTR) before candidate submission, where applicable.
  
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement.
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  
• Submit qualified candidates in accordance with Sadient's submission guidelines.
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment records.
  
• Build long-term relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and the Sadient recruitment team.
  
• Represent Sadient professionally throughout the hiring process.
