Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Video Editor based in Mumbai. The Video Editor will support the creation of video content for conferences, roadshows, exhibitions, and other event formats, working closely with the content and marketing teams. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, editing videos for different platforms, synchronizing audio, adding transitions and basic motion graphics, and ensuring consistent visual style across all materials. The role also involves color grading, basic graphic integration, exporting files in required formats, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine cuts based on feedback. Interns are expected to manage timelines, maintain organized project files, and contribute creative ideas to enhance event storytelling.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage and creating polished final outputs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of event videos.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower-thirds, overlays, and simple animated elements.
• Familiarity with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar) is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and an understanding of social and digital video formats (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram) are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate in a team environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
• Relevant coursework, portfolio, or prior internship experience in video editing or media production is an advantage.
