ServiceNow ITSM Consultant

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules.

- Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management.

- Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations.

- Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow applications.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Support implementation, enhancement, and production activities.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog modules.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, and automation.

- Familiarity with JavaScript and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
