Lead/Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack Development

Role : Lead/Staff Software Engineer

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 8 - 17 years

What youll do :

- Drive design, delivery, and technical strategy for large-scale agentic platform systems.

- Build cloud-native capabilities on AWS using REST APIs, WebSockets, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

- Work hands-on across Python/Django, TypeScript/React, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, Terraform, Docker.

- Own end-to-end delivery: requirements, design, development, deployment, observability.

- Mentor engineers, lead epics, set engineering standards, and define platform architecture.

- Collaborate with product, AI/ML, and global teams to align solutions with business growth.

What were looking for :

- Strong background in distributed systems, scalable applications, or cloud platform engineering.

- Advanced skills in Python/Django and TypeScript/React.

- Expertise in AWS services (ECS, RDS, S3, SQS, IAM, Bedrock).

- Experience with microservices, containerization, async processing, and real-time streaming.

- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch; familiarity with document/graph DBs a plus.

- Hands-on IaC (Terraform/CDK), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.

- Proven leadership in architecture, security, observability, and reliability.

- Familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration) preferred.
