Job description
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and business requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client requirements and address concerns proactively.
  • Coordinate with implementation, support, accounts, and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure smooth onboarding and post-implementation support.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and additional service offerings.
  • Manage the timely renewal of AMCs, subscriptions, licenses, and service agreements.
  • Conduct periodic business review meetings and gather customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate client records, communication history, and follow-up activities in CRM/Bitrix.
  • Prepare account reports, renewal forecasts, customer health reports, and management updates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Ensure all client commitments are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of client information and business data.
