Senior Manager - DevOps

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Digital Foundations practice as a Senior Manager, focusing on the intersection of AI and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In this high-impact role, you will spearhead the transformation of traditional engineering paradigms by integrating GenAI and Agentic AI into the core of software delivery.

You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders and technology leaders to architect AI-driven development strategies that accelerate time-to-market, optimize engineering productivity, and drive significant business value.

By bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI research and enterprise-scale software engineering, you will shape the future of how our clients build, deploy, and manage complex digital products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead large-scale digital transformation engagements by embedding AI-native workflows into the SDLC to enhance engineering efficiency for global enterprise clients.

- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for GenAI and Agentic AI adoption, ensuring that technical implementations align with long-term business objectives and ROI targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of architects, data scientists, and product managers to design scalable cloud-native solutions that leverage machine learning for automated code generation and testing.

- Advise senior client stakeholders on the governance, ethics, and security frameworks required to deploy AI agents within complex, regulated software environments.

- Mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and agile excellence to maintain a competitive edge in the consulting landscape.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting end-to-end software delivery ecosystems, with a deep understanding of modern DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure.

- Proven ability to translate complex AI and Machine Learning concepts into actionable business strategies that drive measurable improvements in software engineering throughput.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level decision-making and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

- Strong background in Product Management, with a track record of leading large-scale digital initiatives from conceptualization through to successful market deployment.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, demonstrating high adaptability across multiple locations including Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad.

- Advanced academic credentials in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by a career trajectory that reflects 15 to 20 years of progressive leadership in technology and strategy.
