Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). A portfolio demonstrating range across digital, print, and brand work is required. A degree from the National Institute of Design (NID) or the IDC School of Design (IIT Bombay) is a strong bonus.

Experience : 5 to 11+ years of graphic design experience, ideally with exposure to B2B or enterprise brand work.

Role Overview :

Detect Technologies is building a new visual identity, one that sets us apart from the dark-blue uniformity of our competitors and brings a safety-first, industrial-grade product to life with clarity and confidence. This role owns all visual design output for the company across every channel, and is one of two roles, alongside Web Design & Development, that make up the entire web and design function, reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing. Motion graphics and basic video editing are valuable bonus skills for this role but are not required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own all visual design output across digital and print : social graphics, ad creative, pitch decks, one-pagers, whitepapers, tradeshow materials, and event assets

- Design website iconography, illustration, and graphic elements in close collaboration with the Web Designer

- Create new Lottie animations of the T-Pulse dashboard for use across the website and sales materials

- Maintain brand consistency across every channel as the company executes its rebrand

- Produce tradeshow and event asset materials, including take-away documents and booth graphics for NSC and other events

- Design sales enablement materials : decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards

- Create social and LinkedIn graphics aligned with the companys thought leadership program

- Produce simulated risk detection clips and visual demonstrations of T-Pulse capabilities for marketing use

Candidate Requirements :

- Candidates portfolio demonstrates range across brand, digital, and print; candidate can show prior work extending or maintaining a brand system; passes a practical design exercise relevant to the role.
