Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Sales:
- Identify, approach, and onboard HNI/UHNI clients for debt PMS products
- Drive AUM growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion
- Pitch fixed-income investment strategies, including bonds, NCDs, G-Secs, and structured debt products
- Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients to understand financial goals and risk appetite
- Provide customized investment solutions aligned with client requirements
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure client retention and referrals
3. Investment Advisory Support:
- Explain portfolio strategies, performance, and market outlook to clients
- Work closely with portfolio managers and research teams to align client portfolios
- Keep clients updated on interest rate movements, credit outlook, and macroeconomic trends
4. Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track portfolio performance and ensure timely communication of updates to clients
- Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and review materials
- Address client queries regarding portfolio holdings and returns
5. Compliance & Process Adherence:
- Ensure all sales and advisory activities comply with Securities and Exchange Board of India PMS regulations
- Maintain proper documentation, KYC, and audit trails
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, investment desk) for smooth execution
