Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with users to understand behavior, needs, and challenges.
  • Define design ambitions, standards, and best practices aligned with global trends.
  • Strategize and develop visual design systems, pattern libraries, and user interfaces for all critical journeys (app, web, support, etc.).
  • Design intuitive, effective, and memorable UI/UX experiences.
  • Collaborate with freelancers, interns, and partners to execute design initiatives.
  • Measure the impact of design work and iterate to enhance outcomes.
  • Co-own critical product and customer metrics with product owners.
  • Incorporate material design, interaction design, and communication principles in all deliverables.
