• MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/MD in General Surgery).
  
• Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
  
• Proven proficiency in laparoscopic surgical techniques, including cholecystectomy, hernia repair, appendectomy, and other common laparoscopic procedures.
  
• Strong understanding of surgical anatomy, physiology, and perioperative care.
  
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  
• Commitment to patient-centered care, continuous learning, and professional development.
  
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and any required state-specific licenses.
