Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our customer operations team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-first approach. This role involves managing operational activities such as invoicing, payment follow-ups, coordination with clients and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and share invoices with customers.
Follow up with clients for payment confirmations and outstanding dues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer operations.
Maintain customer records and update ERP/CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
Track payments and prepare operational reports.
Handle customer operational queries and ensure timely resolution.
Assist in documentation and process coordination.

Requirements

  • B.Com, BBA, or MBA graduate.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry in customer operations, finance support, billing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/CRM tools (Zoho experience is an added advantage).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.





Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual proficiency is a plus. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. • Prior experience in delivering product demos to clients is mandatory. • Hands-on experience explaining SaaS / ERP / Zoho-based solutions during demo sessions. • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred). • Experience in SaaS-based products / ERP solutions is highly desirable. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Experience range: 1–4 years in inside sales, tele-calling, lead generation, and demo presentation roles in IT SaaS / Zoho-based environments.
