Senior Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for our connected product. This role owns the product vision, roadmap, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives while mentoring Associate Product Managers and a cross-functional product squad.

Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities by aligning customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities with the company's growth strategy, additionally aligning strategy and road map towards AI native capabilities and experiences for global customers/users.

- Product Ownership & Delivery: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including roadmap planning, PRD reviews, sprint prioritization, release planning, and execution.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor Associate Product Managers, collaborate with UX designers, and work closely with Engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality products while driving product management best practices.

- Customer, Market & GTM: Engage with customers and partners, conduct market and competitor research, define product positioning, and support go-to-market initiatives alongside Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

- AI & Innovation: Drive AI-first product thinking by identifying opportunities for automation, predictive intelligence, and Generative AI to create differentiated customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.

- Product Performance & Growth: Define and monitor product KPIs, drive feature adoption and customer engagement, ensure successful product launches in new regions and verticals, and continuously improve the product using data-driven insights and customer feedback.

Our ideal candidate :

- Has 5 to 7 years of experience in tech product management, has a strong product sense.

- Is from tech background (CS, Mechanical, Electrical, Green energy, preferred), non MBA.

- Demonstrated experience working with UX designers and engineering teams and other teams like Marketing, Sales and Customer success.

- Has knowledge of user experience best practices.

- Has excellent teamwork, communication (written, spoken and presentation) skills.

- Has strong knowledge of B2B, SaaS.

- Is a creative thinker, problem solver and demonstrates high agency.

- Strong understanding of AI-assisted products and Generative AI concepts (prompt engineering, AI copilots, RAG, AI agents, workflow automation).

Good to have :

1. Prior hands-on AI product delivery is a strong plus.

2. Experience with SaaS, IoT, Connected Devices, Industrial IoT, or Building Management System.
