Job Title: Workforce Management (WFM) - Contract


Experience: 2 5 Years


Location: Chennai (Hybrid)


Job Description

We are looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) professional on Contract with 2 5 years of experience in a BPO/ITES environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning.
  • Analyze staffing requirements and optimize workforce utilization.
  • Bench Management
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly WFM/MIS reports.
  • Track key metrics such as occupancy, shrinkage, productivity, and adherence.
  • Coordinate with Operations to manage staffing and schedule changes.
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements.


Required Skills

  • 2 5 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Hands-on experience in bench management, Scheduling, Forecasting, and Capacity Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
