Role Overview :
As an AI Engineer at Rayosys Services, you will be at the forefront of designing and deploying sophisticated machine learning models and generative AI applications that solve complex business challenges.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, cloud architects, and business stakeholders, to translate abstract requirements into high-performance technical solutions.
Your day-to-day will involve building robust LLM-based pipelines, optimizing deep learning architectures, and ensuring seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing enterprise frameworks, ultimately driving innovation and measurable business value for our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI and RAG pipelines to enhance information retrieval and automated content generation for enterprise clients.
- Develop and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to ensure the reliable deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments.
- Engineer advanced prompt strategies and utilize frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to build modular, intelligent agentic workflows.
- Integrate AI-driven insights into Oracle HCM and other enterprise platforms to streamline human capital management and data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize deep learning models and computer vision algorithms to improve accuracy and performance across high-stakes data analytics projects.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine data structures and algorithmic efficiency, ensuring that AI solutions are both performant and cost-effective.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, with a proven ability to build and deploy production-grade machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, specifically in managing infrastructure for large-scale AI workloads and data pipelines.
- Advanced knowledge of NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering, with a focus on building context-aware applications.
- Ability to design and implement efficient data structures and algorithms to solve complex computational problems within high-volume data environments.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- Minimum of 6 - 12 years of professional experience in data science, AI engineering, or related technical domains.
- A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to work effectively in a hybrid or distributed team environment across locations including Pune, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai, Indore, Bhopal, and Noida.
