Branch Head

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Product Head to lead sales strategy and business growth for Industrial Switchgear products across the assigned region. This leadership role involves driving revenue, developing high-performing sales teams, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for Low Voltage Switchgear products across the assigned territory

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team

• Develop market expansion strategies and increase customer acquisition

• Execute business development and marketing initiatives to grow market share

• Lead key customer engagements, project discussions, and technical presentations

• Monitor sales performance, team productivity, and business KPIs

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in team management

• Proven experience in Industrial Switchgear or Electrical products sales

• Strong understanding of regional markets and customer dynamics

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Education Details

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
