Head - Data Engineering Delivery Practice

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Data Engineering delivery practice. This is a strategic leadership role with end-to-end ownership of large delivery portfolios, combining customer engagement, operational excellence, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and leading large teams in IT consulting environments.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 15 - 20 years of professional experience in IT consulting and delivery management.

- Strong exposure to data engineering practices and enterprise delivery models.

- Proven track record of managing large teams and portfolios at scale.

- Expertise in handling complex, multi-million-dollar delivery engagements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to drive operational excellence and innovation in delivery.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in global delivery models and offshore/onshore engagement.

- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern data engineering tools.

- MBA or advanced degree in technology/management (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multi-million-dollar delivery portfolios in data engineering.

- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for delivery execution.

- Manage and mentor teams of 200+ resources, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer success.

- Drive portfolio growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with CXO stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with business objectives.

- Establish best practices, governance models, and delivery frameworks for large-scale engagements.

- Represent the practice in client discussions, industry forums, and internal leadership councils.
