Motion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization & Design: Think, design, and animate engaging layouts that elevate the brand and enhance storytelling through motion design.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, motion techniques, and visual styles relevant to the gaming and digital industries.
• Brand Alignment: Deeply understand and adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring every design reflects the brand's identity and values.
• Animation & Execution: Create high-quality motion graphics, 2D and 3D animations, and video edits with a strong focus on visual appeal and fluidity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and impactful visual communication.
• Organization: Maintain clean, structured design files for easy collaboration and workflow efficiency.
• Adaptability: Create and adapt motion designs across multiple projects and platforms, optimizing for different formats and screen sizes.
• Efficiency: Deliver top-quality designs under tight timelines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to streamlining design workflows and implementing efficient creative processes within the team.
