Role Overview

Position: Chief Global Business Officer (CGBO)
Leadership role focused on international business expansion
Strategic importance with a potential path to Co-founder level (2 3 years) based on performance
Key expectations:
- Scale international business (Middle East UK Europe etc.)

Business Scope & Expectations

Role will lead international B2B business for:
- Herbal supplements
- Nutraceuticals
Current international revenue:
- 30 Lakhs per month
Responsibilities:
- Scale global business aggressively
- Lead and manage existing 10-member team
- Build new international partnerships and channels
- Drive revenue growth from Day 1

Compensation & Incentive Structure

Compensation will be heavily performance-driven
Components include:
- Fixed salary
- Short-term revenue-linked incentives
- Long-term ESOPs
Long-term vision:
- Opportunity to transition into Co-founder role based on performance

Candidate Profile

Key attributes:
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to generate business independently (hunter profile)
- Experience in scaling international markets
Preferred industries:
- Ayurvedic / herbal export companies
- Nutraceuticals
- FMCG (especially skincare/export-focused)
