Job Description – Psychology Counselor

Position: Psychology Counselor
Location: Kuloi, Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students.
  
• Support students with emotional, behavioral, academic, and personal challenges.
  
• Conduct psychological assessments and maintain confidential student records.
  
• Guide students on stress management, mental well-being, and career-related concerns.
  
• Work closely with teachers and parents to support students' overall development.
  
• Organize awareness programs and workshops on mental health and life skills.
  
• Refer students to specialized professionals when necessary.
  

Requirements

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
  
• Diploma/Certification in Counseling is preferred.
  
• Good communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Prior experience in school counseling is preferred but dedicated freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply. Typical school counselor qualifications include a Psychology degree along with counseling training or experience.
