About the Partnership

Sadient (Attratusit LLC) is expanding its Global Technical Recruitment Sourcing Partner Network and invites experienced recruiters, talent acquisition professionals, and independent sourcing consultants to collaborate with us on active hiring assignments across the United States and international markets.

This is a business partnership opportunity, not a regular job or employment position. Partners operate independently while collaborating with Sadient on technical and professional hiring assignments.

The partnership is ideal for recruiters who have experience managing recruitment activities and would like to build or expand a flexible, performance-based recruitment business.

What Sourcing Partners Do

As an independent Sourcing Partner, you may collaborate with Sadient to:

• Review assigned hiring requirements.
  
• Source qualified candidates through your network, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  
• Screen candidates for technical alignment, availability, and interest.
  
• Conduct initial recruiter discussions when required.
  
• Obtain a valid Right to Represent (RTR) before submission.
  
• Coordinate candidate communication during the recruitment process.
  
• Share qualified candidate profiles through Sadient's submission process.
  
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and the Sadient coordination team.
  

Partners are expected to submit only candidates who are genuinely interested, available, and aligned with the requirement.

Earning Opportunity

Partner compensation is based on successful candidate placements and varies by client engagement, role, and commercial terms.

Eligible sourcing partners may earn up to USD $6,000 per successful placement, depending on the specific assignment and client agreement. The applicable payout structure for each requirement is communicated before candidate submission.

• Review the complete Job Description prior to submission.
  
• Avoid duplicate submissions.
