Job Description:

• Monitor and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations and shipment movement.

• Track deliveries dispatch status and vehicle movement to ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate with transporters warehouses vendors and internal teams.

• Maintain shipment records invoices PODs and logistics documentation.

• Handle MIS reports Excel data updates and operational reports.

• Resolve delivery delays escalation issues and customer complaints.

• Support inventory tracking and order management activities.

• Ensure proper communication between operations sales and warehouse teams.

• Follow up with drivers and transport partners for smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate data entry and back-office coordination work.

• Prepare daily weekly and monthly logistics performance reports.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and logistics processes.
