Job Scope : To sell Insurance Products to customers via different channels both B2B or B2C.

Job Role : Individual Role or Team Handling Role

Agency Channel :
The candidate needs to find and connect with different insurance agents of the region assigned.
Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers of the insurance agents.
80% Outdoor Sales Role for field visits and meet the insurance agents & 20% Indoor Role for company branch visit.

Banca Channel :
The Candidate will be assigned or tagged under different Branches of the Bank.
Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers of the bank.
80% Indoor Sales Role in the branch of the Bank & 20% Outdoor Role and visit the customer.

Direct Channel :
The Candidate will receive leads from the company and generate own leads from open market and referrals.
Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers.
80% Outdoor Sales Role for field visits and meet assigned customers & 20% Indoor Role for company branch visit.

Requirements

Education : Any Graduate (Full time course only)
Gender : Male / Female can be Hired.
Experience : Preferable to have field Sales Experience & Team Handling experience of minimum 1 Year.
Notice Period : Maximum 30 Days, Preference would be given to immediate joiners.
Industry : Candidate must be from Insurance Industry Life / General / Health, BFSI Industry candidates can also be considered.
Attributes : Candidate should be presentable & Young with Good Communication
Documents : All necessary and relevant experience documents must be in place
Stability : Must have stability with good performance track record.
CIBIL : Must have a good CIBIL Score.
Performance : Must have a good performance track record and an incentive earner.
Transportation : Must have a Two-wheeler and a Valid Driving License.
Language : Must know Hindi, English & Local Language

Benefits

CTC Per Annum : 3 LPA to 12 LPA Depending on Position and years of experience.
